Who Are We?
Minds At Work was established in 2022 in response to a growing demand for deeper, more meaningful engagement during Black History Month.
Recognising the need for ongoing representation beyond October, we created a platform that provides powerful speakers and impactful workshops throughout the year.
Our mission is simple: to ensure that representation, learning, and cultural awareness continue well beyond a single moment in the calendar.
