Karine A.

About Me

I am Karine, a Trainee Clinical Psychologist in the final stages of my doctoral training at the University of Coventry and Warwick. My clinical experience spans across the NHS, working with individuals across the lifespan – from neurosurgery and older adult dementia services to adult mental health and CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services). I have a particular passion for supporting children with complex needs and trauma histories, focusing on strengthening attachment and relationships. I also have a strong interest in oncology and neuropsychology, with experience in administering cognitive assessments in neurological settings.

Education & Training

I am Karine, a Trainee Clinical Psychologist in the final year of my doctoral training at Coventry and Warwick Universities. With diverse NHS experience across the lifespan, from child and adolescent mental health to neuropsychology and dementia care, I am passionate about trauma-informed care, attachment, and supporting neurodivergent individuals. I enjoy sharing psychological knowledge through presentations and training, aiming to promote understanding, empathy, and resilience in both clinical and community settings.
